When will my order arrive?

Can you leave my order outside my door?
Yes, if you prefer contactless delivery, many carriers allow you to leave instructions for your package to be placed at your doorstep. Please note that once the package is delivered, we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.

Core Deposit & Returns

What is a Refundable Core Deposit?

How long do I have to send back my core?
You typically have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your core part for a refund.

Where do I return my core?
Please send your core back using the prepaid return label included in your package. If you misplace it, contact us and we’ll provide another one.
